Design and discovery for social impact is at our core

Our focus and passion is to help NGOs, charities and UN organisations to have positive impact for their users through digital solutions. We understand the workings of the public sector and know how to bring the greatest efficiency and clear results to UN programs, fundraising and campaigns.

Below are just a few examples of our ongoing work for our UN and public sector clients.

World Health Organization.

We work with the mental health department of WHO to design, test and deliver digital solutions in order to aid the scale up of quality mental health care in low income settings. The assessment tools are being piloted with 9 organisations whilst the e-learning materials are actively used in 30 countries.

Concern Worldwide.

We lead UX discovery and strategy, working with the digital team of Concern Worldwide, in order to optimise donation revenue and define priority features to increase donor engagement and awareness of Concern’s campaigns. Designs span from donation flows through to global gift sites and fundraising events.

UNICEF.

Through discovery workshops and user research, we prioritised the most essential content, comprehensive formats and interactive tools needed. We then designed an e-learning system with accompanying interactive tools to allow organisations’ staff to plan and budget for MHPSS emergency responses as efficiently as possible. This platform is growing to be the main source of truth for NGOs and INGOs planning mental health emergency aid.
